It's important to focus on how it makes you feel physically rather than putting pressure on yourself to achieve a specific body shape. The only requirement is to work the exercises and continue to exercise to keep developing. Develop a plan and stick with it, consistent training every week will make a big difference.

The goal is to work as much as possible to get your body working at its fullest potential. You should aim to complete around 75% of the exercises in the first two sets. Remember to do a good warm-up with your training jump rope before any exercise to prevent injuries. By doing the exercises correctly, you'll be able to develop the best possible physique in the shortest period of time. It's important to remember that it's your life, your money, and your fitness, strive to get the best out of the fitness experience.

For beginners, start with weight exercises with a minimum of 50 repetitions to get a feel of what you're doing. Once you're comfortable, you can then create a plan that fits your specific fitness needs. To achieve a complete fitness body, it would require about two or three hours of exercise a day which is equivalent to around 40-45 minutes of high-intensity weight training.
